OUR 5 STEP PROCESS

Diamond grinding to prep and open concrete surface

The concrete is diamond ground to ensure proper cleanliness. This process also opens the pores of the concrete for maximum absorption.

Step 2 – Crack and pit repair with 100% solid epoxy

If necessary, the concrete is repaired using a 100% solid epoxy to fill cracks and pits.

Step 3 ��– Vapor barrier layer applied for chip adhesion and protection

Our slow cure 100% solid vapor barrier is applied. This layer serves as a chip adhesive and also protects against vapor transmissions, which is the number one reason that resinous floors fail.

Step 4 – Decorative flake chips broadcast over epoxy layer

Decorative chips are placed on top of the vapor barrier.

Step 5 – UV-stable polyaspartic topcoat applied for durability

A crystal clear high gloss Polyaspartic topcoat is applied. This material is UV stable, has high resistance to scratches and abrasions, and has a high heat tolerance.
